About the event
The news media landscape has changed dramatically in recent years, both nationally and locally. In Northern Kentucky, one of our two local major dailies, The Kentucky Enquirer, is still publishing though with diminished resources. The Enquirer, like other dailies, has invested more in its website and, meanwhile, television stations have invested more in their sites, creating – in some instances – online, digital news sites tied to local television station that provide breaking news, weather and sports. New and significant digital players are present, too, including the Northern Kentucky Tribune, Soapbox Media, Link NKY, and the Kentucky Lantern.
